Stain Solver Shipments are typically packaged and placed for shipment the next business day after the order is received. However, if an order is recevied by noon (Eastern time) on a regular Monday - Friday business day, the order will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.
Stain Solver shipments can not be sent via air to expedite delivery. Stain Solver orders are required to be shipped by ground, and ground only, per Federal regulations. All Stain Solver orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipment are not made on the major U.S. holidays, including the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, nor on the weekends.
Shipping Costs, as calculated by the shopping cart, are an exact rate from our midwest distribution center to your shipping address for all UPS and US Post Office zones within the USA. The shipping rate is calculated in real time as soon as you enter your shipping address and ask for a shipping rate quote or you proceed directly to the checkout screen.
For any Stain Solver, book or DVD order that is shipped outside the contiguous U.S., you could be charged additional fees, such as local taxes and brokerage fees. These are added by some carriers. The additional fees are not calculated in our shipping charges. Contact your local customs department to determine if there will be additional charges for your shipment, before placing your order.
Stain Solver can only be shipped by ground. Regulations prohibit Stain Solver from being shipped via air. Therefore, expedited shipments are not available.
Alternatives to our standard shipping methods are possible, except for Stain Solver shipments. Please make a note on the checkout page if you prefer faster delivery.
If for any reason you call to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet received by you, we will not intercept the package. You need to accept the product delivery and return it to us in accordance with the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
Returns are allowed on items returned and received in whole, good condition.
DVD Returns: DVDs must be returned in great condition, in their original case within two weeks of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking charge deducted from the credit. Postage is not refundable, either direction.
Stain Solver Returns: If you begin to use Stain Solver and experience problems with its performance, STOP working and call us. 99.9999 percent of the time performance problems are traced to mixing and application mistakes, not defective product. After talking with customers, we discover that people are not following the directions on the label or the instructions included with the shipment.
If you have purchased multiple bottles of Stain Solver, you must STOP using the product immediately if you have problems. It is unreasonable for you to ask for a total refund if you consume all of the product. Call 888-537-8833.
