Alternatives to our standard shipping methods are possible. Please make a note on the checkout page if you prefer faster delivery.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you call to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet received by you, we will not intercept the package. You need to accept the product delivery and return it to us in accordance with the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

Returns are allowed on items returned and received in whole, good condition. A re-stocking fee applies to products made from atoms. We do not reimburse shipping costs in either direction. If you decide to return a product, you will absorb the cost of shipping it to us and you will pay for the shipping to you.

DVD Returns: DVDs must be returned in great condition, in their original case within two weeks of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking charge deducted from the credit. Postage is not refundable, either direction.

Credit Card Payment: If you paid for this product by credit card, we will need the name of the card holder, the account number, and the expiration date. For security reasons, our store does not store this information.

Copper Roof Strips: Returns of copper must be in the original box in unused condition. A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned copper. Ship it back to Ask the Builder, 100 Swain Road, Meredith, NH 03253. Be sure to get a tracking number from your shipper to ensure it makes it to us.

Payment for returned goods cover the cost of the items only, and not the shipping costs in either direction.
